Shabby Clothes

In the post-apocalyptic wasteland, not everyone can be an armed-to-the-teeth bad-ass.  Most must settle on a set of shabby clothes, just warm enough to keep them alive. But be warned! A hat and BOTH shoes can mean only one thing - this guy is serious, and is on his way to the top!
